Change Official CS API Endpoint to Allnodes FCD Officially Passed

Proposal 12103 | Text proposal - Change Official CS API Endpoint to Allnodes has passed by the Terra Luna Classic community, with the proposal receiving 57.41% of the votes in favor.

Currently, Terra Luna Classic lacks an official source for circulating supply information. Thus the  proposal mandates that Allnodes provide this endpoint through a governance vote. Allnodes will assume the role of the official source for circulating supply data for the Terra Classic chain.
