The gist of the idea involves introducing an additional transaction option alongside the standard memo, designed to accommodate longer text. In essence, this proposed comment system aims to expand upon the traditional short memo function.
In simpler terms, the conventional memo would transform into a discussion topic, while the comment feature would facilitate conversation threads. These threads would be searchable via blockchain queries for "MsgComment" and "TxHash". Additionally, each comment would incur a nominal or fixed cost, reimbursed to the transaction initiator.
